Job Vacancy - Office administrator
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic administrator who enjoys working as part of a team and can demonstrate a commitment to delivering high quality administration support in an efficient and timely manner.
Experience in a similar role is required. Flexible hours available.
The role

Dealing with customer queries on the telephone/email.

Processing job sheets, invoices, client statements and other documentation relating to the billing process.

Completion of admin works relating to job completion such as equipment lists and certification.

Dealing with supplier’s accounts.

Making sales calls/emails to potential clients to offer our services.

Making sales calls/emails to existing clients to offer additional services.
The right candidate

Must be PC literate and have excellent knowledge of Excel/Word/Outlook

Organised with excellent communication skills

Excellent telephone manner

Confident communicator

The ability to prioritise tasks

Able to work autonomously and manage your own workload
